Kim & Richard,
After repeated public emails, twitter alerts and Internet
confrontation that has continued from November through today, I have
hired legal representation to pursue actions against you for
defamation of character, professional interference and continued
personal attacked.
Your latest assault has included filing a grievance with the
Department of Neighborhood Empowerment and repeated posts on
blogdowtown and twitter.
This email is considered official correspondence that the personal
threat to my reputation and professional career has significant
consequence.
Both the legal advisers for my job through the Historic Downtown BID
and the City Attorney and LAPD are being contacted to stop this
non-stop parade of accusations.
Any further slander and personal attacks will be considered further
harassment after a cease and desist order has been issued.
